Brihanmumbai Swachhata Seva Yojana

Revised geo-attendance window for the morning shift
Field workers mark geo-tagged attendance between 06:00 and 06:45 at the assigned vasti unit. Check-ins outside the beat boundary are flagged as exceptions for the Sanstha Coordinator to resolve the same day.
Minimum standards for before / after photo evidence
Each work order needs one before and one after photo taken from the same spot, with location and time captured by the app. Ward Officers return submissions where the site cannot be matched.
48-hour closure target for garbage accumulation complaints
Citizen complaints tagged as garbage or waste accumulation are to be assigned to a Sanstha within 12 hours and closed with photo proof within 48 hours of registration.
Quarterly grant recommendation cycle: Q2 timeline
Ward performance scores for the quarter are frozen on the 5th of the following month. Accounts Officers review recommendations and prepare the SAP dual-entry export by the 15th.
Monsoon safety: PPE issue and drain-side work protocol
Sansthas confirm gloves, boots and reflective vests for every deployed worker before shift start. Drain-side cleaning is done in pairs, and is paused during heavy-rain alerts.
Start as the Ward Officer and follow a work order through to a verified, recommended grant.
